This site does not use cookies for tracking or marketing. Visitor statistics are collected anonymously without cookies and cannot be linked to you as a person.
Inquiries
When you submit the contact form or book a test drive, we use your name, phone, email and message to reply. The forms are sent to us as email via the service Resend. Your details are not shared with others and are deleted when the matter is closed, unless we must keep them under the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act.
New car alerts
If you sign up for new car alerts, we store your email address with the email service Resend and email you when new cars arrive, at most once a week. You confirm the subscription through a link we send you, and the legal basis is your consent. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we stop sending once you use it. Email addresses given in the contact or test drive forms are never used for marketing.
Car listings
The cars and photos on this site come from our dealer system, Billink, and are served through our own server. No information about you is sent to Billink. Clicking a car takes you to the listing on FINN.no, which has its own privacy terms.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of the data we hold about you by contacting salg@velandauto.no. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
